QuickBooks Pro 2013 by Intuit Inc. is a desktop accounting solution designed for small and growing businesses that need reliable, on-premises financial management. It centralizes day-to-day bookkeeping so you can create and send invoices and estimates, record sales receipts and payments, manage bills and vendor expenses, and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. The software produces core financial statements and customizable reports—including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, and sales and expense summaries—to help you monitor performance and make informed decisions.
QuickBooks Pro 2013 also supports basic inventory tracking, job costing, and time tracking, and it offers customer, vendor, and employee centers for streamlined recordkeeping. It integrates with Microsoft Excel for data import and report export, and it allows multi-user access (additional licenses required) with role-based permissions. Optional Intuit services—such as payroll and payment processing—were available to extend functionality.
Note: QuickBooks Pro 2013 is a legacy version. Intuit has ended support and retired connected services for this release, which means features that depend on online connectivity (including payroll updates, payments, and most bank feeds) may no longer function.
